Featured in the November 2003 Mustang Enthusiast Magazine !! (3 page color spread a copy of which will be included)

Also featured in an earlier issue detailing the installation and use of the then-new Evolution watts-link suspension system!

This car was built in early 2003 using all the knowledge and tricks learned from our previous Fox body Mustang race car (#88) which we raced competitively from 1995 to 2002.  That car was in contention to win the 2002 championship when it was taken out on a first lap accident in the championship invitational race.  The replacement car (offered here) was two seconds per lap faster out of the box compared to the old car, using the skill and knowledge we had gained from the old car when designing and building the new car.

Last raced in late 2005 at Daytona, this car is as clean and straight as they come.  An original Florida car, it has never seen winter snow or floods, and has been garaged since we have owned it. It had the original teal paint on every panel when we purchased it, and looked very good for a 10 year old car.  It is a two-owner vehicle (we purchased from the original owner in late 2002).  The complete build is photographed on our website here.  The cage and logbook note the car to be IT/AS legal, although the car was always run in the IT class - swapping to AS would require a drivetrain and brake / wheel change.  It has a watts-link rear suspension, modified front suspension, and is everything you'd expect in a well-built car.  It was totally stripped and reworked during assembly, and has since had no notations in it's logbook. Belts are Sparco FIA, as well as the seat, and it has a built-in fire-supression system with two nozzle discharge locations (underhood and driver compartment).  Cage mount for in-car video is welded in place with an articulating Bogen mount.  Car looks as it does in the pictures, no rust, chalked paint, or other surprises to note.  But given the nature of race cars, although we have maintained the car well, we would recommend a "freshening" as well as a brake / suspension maintenance be carried out before taking to the track as a good precaution (something we always did ourselves to insure we'd finish the races we entered).

Of course, it goes without saying that racing is a dangerous sport and that there is no warranty expressed or implied.  Also, any and all risks of using this vehicle for any purpose are borne by the owner / driver and not the seller, who assumes no liability for any injury or damages that might arise from use or ownership of this vehicle.
