CNC Manufacturing
Applicants for this position should be able to
understand verbal and written instructions as well as be fluent in G-code
and conversational machine controls in multi-axis turning and milling
environments. CAD/CAM (particularly FeatureCAM) and Solidworks /
equivalent
experience a plus, but not required. Must be able to read and check part to supplied
prints, and be able to handle basic finishing of parts as well as material
handling to and from machine. Position requires the ability to lift
up to 80 lbs. manually, as well as being able to solve fixturing and
manufacturing issues as they arise. Must be able to set-up job,
tools, fixtures, etc. and carry part from drawing to completed component
with little to no supervision, improving cycle times and efficiency
without sacrificing component quality. Salary commensurate to experience.
May be willing to train the right candidate that has proper fundamental
skills in manufacturing.
